Course Overview
Clinicians and mental health professionals dedicate their days to holding space for others, often at the expense of their own internal reservoir. Conventional self-care advice frequently treats rest as an afterthought or a passive recovery mechanism.
Remembering to Care reframes self-care not as an optional chore, but as an active, somatic calibration of your primary instrument: The Self of the Therapist.
Led by author and energy medicine practitioner Hilary Crowley, this 4-hour live intensive equips mental health professionals with practical, grounding somatic tools and energetic self-regulation protocols. Participants will learn how to clear vicarious residue, restore their mid-week baseline, cultivate peace-centered downtime without guilt, and lead with radiant focus.
Learning Objectives
By the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:
1. Implement practical tools for self-care and somatic restoration to refresh personal baselines mid-week and mitigate compassion fatigue.
2. Cultivate a radiant focus and positive energetic alignment using structured self-awareness practices to remain grounded and fully present during client interactions.
3. Apply the 5-Point Somatic Alignment Protocol and somatic centering exercises to release cumulative physical tension and support emotional vitality between clinical sessions.
4. Articulate the vitality and longevity benefits of prioritizing the "Self of the Therapist" as a foundational pillar of ethical, sustainable clinical practice.
